Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - Informatica PowerCenter (Hybrid) Location: Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: Remote + Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in Informatica PowerCenter to manage end-to-end data integration projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, technical knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, and experience leading cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage data integration projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. 2. Lead cross-functional teams, including Informatica developers, data architects, and business stakeholders. 3. Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. 4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. 5. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). 6. Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report status to senior management. 7. Coordinate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance. 8. Implement best practices for Informatica PowerCenter development, deployment, and maintenance. 9. Conduct project post-mortem analysis to identify areas for improvement. Requirements: 1. 8+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years focused on data integration projects. 2. Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter (9.x/10.x) and data integration concepts. 3. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. 4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 5. Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.). 6. Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). 7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Nice to Have: 1. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile). 2. Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). 3. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices. 4. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.). What We Offer: 1.
