Jutro Tech LeadLead the end-to-end design and delivery of the digital portal using Guidewire Jutro, owning UX/UI components, domain-driven frontend architecture, and secure integration with PolicyCenter services. Act as the onshore technical lead across PolicyCenter, product UX, and API/backend integration teams with hands-on development ownership.ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture / FrontendDefine Jutro component architecture, theming, and extensibility strategyEstablish standards for state management, Guidewire security, and performance optimizationIntegration / APIsCollaborate with PolicyCenter integration teams to consume REST APIs and Integration Gateway endpointsEnsure reliable error handling, retry mechanisms, and observability for portal-service interactionsDevelopment & DeliveryDevelop and deliver user stories end-to-endSupport UX accessibility, responsive design, and brand-consistent flowsDrive localization content models and design system governancePerform code reviews for offshore teams and validate deliverables prior to client releaseDesign, develop, unit test, and deliver user storiesSupport CI/CD pipelines for frontend testing and release processesEnforce coding standards and security best practicesLeadership & Stakeholder ManagementTranslate business requirements into actionable technical epicsCoordinate with offshore teams and manage scope, risks, and technical debtSupport BA and client teams in requirement gathering and refinementRequired Skills & Experience7–10 years in frontend development3+ years with Guidewire Jutro / React-based component librariesStrong experience with React, TypeScriptAPI consumption using REST, JWT authenticationCI/CD pipeline experience for frontend deliveryPerformance profiling, accessibility, and cross-browser testingInsurance domain experience (Agent, End User, Quote, Bind, Endorsement workflows)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
