This role is ideal for a highly driven, relationship-oriented professional who understands the HOA/Condo industry and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and develop new business opportunities across HOAs, condominiums, and master associationsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads -Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution -Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to Board Members and developersAttend board meetings, turnover meetings, and community events to generate opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with Board Members, developers, attorneys, and industry partnersEstablish Folio as a trusted advisor and long-term partnerCollaborate with internal leadership to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboardingRepresent Folio at industry events, trade shows, and networking functionsStay informed on industry trends, competitor positioning, and market dynamicsIdentify strategic opportunities for expansion within existing and new marketsPartner with Regional Vice Presidents and Operations teams to align on capacity and onboarding readinessWork closely with Marketing to support campaigns, branding, and lead generation efforts - Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in CRM (HubSpot or similar)Who You AreA proactive and driven professional with a strong background in business development, skilled at identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities to drive company growth.An excellent relationship builder with the ability to establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders to expand Spectrum Management's network and influence.A strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics and trends, capable of developing and executing effective business strategies that align with Spectrum Management's objectives and enhance competitive advantage.Experience5+ years of business development, sales, or relationship management experience - Experience in HOA, condominium management, real estate, or related field preferredStrong presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsProven ability to build and manage a sales pipelineSelf-starter with a high level of accountability and driveExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcited?Get in touch!
