Above all, we take pride in our people, collaboration, and the standards of excellence that guide everything we do.About The RoleOur Texas team is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, bilingual Customer Service Associate to join us on-site — someone who's versatile, reliable, and ready to contribute across multiple areas of the business.What You'll DoServe as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and emailEnter and track customer orders accurately and in a timely mannerFollow up on order status and proactively communicate updates to customersResearch and resolve discrepancies, delays, or fulfillment issues in coordination with the warehouse and operations teamEscalate unresolved claims and follow through until closure — owning the issue from start to finishDocument customer complaints, credits, and resolutions accurately for internal recordsSupport the accounting team with invoice follow-ups, billing discrepancies, and payment-related inquiriesAssist with basic administrative and accounting tasks including data entry, filing, and reconciling order recordsCross-collaborate with internal departments as needed to keep operations movingQualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish — requiredStrong communication skills, both written and verbalOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at onceComfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environmentBasic computer and math skills; experience with order management, ERP, or accounting software is a plusAbility to follow up persistently and professionally without dropping the ballThe Pay Range For This Role Is13 - 14 USD per hour(TX)
