Call is required on a rotating basis.Job Description:The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in the operating room environment. This role involves assessing patients to determine their comprehensive needs and collaborating with a multidisciplinary health care team to implement individualized care plans. The RN will also be involved in various surgical procedures, including heavy orthopedic, urology, spine procedures, and robotic surgeries.Duties and Responsibilities: Assess patients to identify their mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care in collaboration with the health care team. Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and responsible parties. Utilize clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions. Contribute to a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict management. Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care. Engage in ongoing education to maintain professional competency.
