Full Stack Engineer

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Full Stack Engineer in Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week). The role involves building scalable backend services in Python, migrating legacy Java/Spring Boot projects, integrating with Databricks, and enabling secure AI-driven frameworks. Candidates should have 3–5 years of backend experience, strong Python & Spring expertise, Databricks knowledge, and exposure to AI tooling.Key Responsibilities:– Architect & Develop: Build scalable backend services using Python; supportJava 17+ & Spring Boot migration.– Data Integration: Design & maintain pipelines with Databricks.– Security First: Implement OAuth2, OIDC for secureauthentication/authorization.– AI Tooling: Create backend frameworks enabling Agentic AI tools & APIs.– Data Persistence: Optimize DB schemas with Python; understand SpringData JPA/Hibernate flows.– Hybrid Engineering: Convert legacy Java code into Python.Required Skills:– 3–5 years backend development experience.– Strong Python stack expertise (APIs, ingestion, Databricks).– Solid Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Security knowledge.– Deep Java 17+ understanding (functional programming, multithreading,JVM tuning).– Hands-on Databricks experience.– Exposure to AI frameworks & guardrails.– CI/CD with GitHub Actions.– Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
