Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist position based in Kendallville, IN. As a Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers to understand and meet their needs, actively promote products and services, and close sales. You'll provide excellent customer service, communicate product information clearly, and build lasting relationships to foster customer loyalty. Additionally, you will participate in training sessions to enhance your sales skills and stay updated on product offerings and industry trends. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team membersProven Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and close sales effectivelyExperience in or willingness to participate in Training and professional development programsKnowledge in Sales Management or experience leading sales efforts is an advantageSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for personal and company successHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus
