Located in Bridgeton, MO, we are committed to excellence and innovation.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team and help ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. The AR/AP Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. This includes matching, payment processing, vendor communication, collections, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable:Record payments and reconciling customer accountsMonitor aging reports and follow up on past-due invoicesCommunicate with customers regarding billing inquiriesAccounts Payable:Process vendor invoices with proper coding and approvalsMatch invoices to receiptsPrepare weekly check runs, ACH, and wire paymentsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesMaintain accurate AP recordsQualifications:Accounting experience preferred1-2 years of experience in AR/AP or general accountingStrong Excel and data entry skillsExcellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time managementStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality with financial dataJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
