Quickly assesses the conditions of pediatric patients, prioritizes care based on severity of their conditions, and implements live-saving interventions.Key Responsibilities:The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned. This 8 bed department is staffed by a team of highly trained and qualified pediatric emergency nurses, physicians, and support staff. Being a pediatric emergency department nurse plays a crucial role in improving patient outcomes during critical moments.
