AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.We're looking for an early learning professional who:Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentTakes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role, you will:Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactionsMake child safety the top priority at all timesKeep the space clean and organizedHelp create an environment where kids feel supported and includedBuild strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staffRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent requiredCPR and First Aid certification requiredAbility to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)Must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsMust be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulationsProof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)Why Join Us?This isn't just a job - it's your next step forward.At AlphaBEST, we believe in boosting your potential.
