Senior Technical Operations Engineer
Seeking a senior technical engineer to own customer software installations, SQL troubleshooting, infrastructure support, cloud systems, and escalated technical issues for a growing software company.Must be highly independent, customer-facing, and experienced with Microsoft environments, networking, and enterprise troubleshooting.We are looking for someone who: • enjoys working with professional customers and team members • is friendly, helpful, and straightforward in communication • genuinely enjoys helping customers solve problems • is organized, dependable, and responsive • has a strong work ethic and takes ownership of responsibilities • works well directly with company leadership, software engineers, and enterprise customersPlease do not apply if you are not committed, responsive, and willing to take ownership of your work.This is a full-time remote position working directly with the company owner, customers, and software engineering team.This is not a call-center support role.
