Join our passionate team and help shape the future of the beverage industry!Sales Consultants are responsible for achieving sales objectives, territory management, selling current and new products, promotions, in-store tastings, and servicing accounts. This also includes merchandising activities such as: shelf placement, maintaining cold boxes, building displays and stocking inventories. This territory for the this position will be Fargo and Grand Forks area.General responsibilities include the proper management of an established sales territory including selling, servicing, account management, administration and accounts receivable.Position Duties:Territory Management:Ensure consistent customer contactProperly plan and execute sales initiativesHandle all customer related issues in a prompt and friendly mannerSelling:Full understanding of products and pricing schedulesMake effective sales presentationsAchieve assigned company objectives and successfully grow businessIdentify and nurture new accountsMerchandising:Use all available POS to enhance selling effortsFocus on merchandising basics such as display size and location, shelf position and standards, cold boxes, counters, windows and anywhere else consumers can be impactedServicing:Follow necessary steps when making sales callsPerform reliable inventory checks and communicate properly to minimize order mistakesProperly rotate products on shelves, cold boxes, displays, etc.Administration:Adhere to all company policies and proceduresHandle all paperwork issues in a proper and timely mannerPosition Qualifications:BA/BS college degree or related industry experiencePrior Route Sales Experience (highly Preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsGoals and results drivenValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordReliable transportation and proof of insuranceAbility to lift up to 50lbs repeatedlyLocal candidates preferred (no relocation package)Johnson Brothers is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fair treatment and hiring based on qualifications.
