Marketing CoordinatorAn expanding corporate office in Charlotte is looking for a tech-savvy and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for a candidate eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, design, and administration. You will take charge of various marketing tasks, including content creation, market research, and managing online presence, while also supporting the team with essential administrative duties. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity with a salary up to $60K, DOE.Key Responsibilities Include:- Design and create marketing brochures and promotional materials.- Conduct market research and analyze demographic data using tools such as ESRI and/or Placer.ai.- Regularly update and maintain the company website.- Manage and post content to social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram).- Source and coordinate bids for branded marketing materials.- Prepare documents and presentations for internal and external use.- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and bookings.- Notarize legal documents and assist with document recording.- Manage contract and lease documentation, ensuring records are updated and accessible.Qualifications Include:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator (or similar design software).- Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns and website updates.- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
