Title: Process Associate/Sr Process Associate (Aerospace)Term: Contract Location: West Chester OH || Evendale, OH || Cincinnati OHJob Summary:In this role, you will engage with cross functional teams to streamline operations, supporting implementation of industrialization projects by identifying and addressing key challenges. You will leverage your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gain a deep understanding of current operational landscape and business model, process deep dives to understand technology landscape, key metrics, data flow, tools, and pain points. You will design detailed solutions and recommend next steps for implementation and change management.ResponsibilitiesWork with business teams to understand the priorities, challenges and data landscapeAble to manage current Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and task and modify with business needs in area of contract management, cost baseline creation, aftermarket services – warranty, escalations, supply chain management etc.Manage process and design reviews, ensure timely updates and accuracy of upcoming reviews in collaboration with stakeholders.Set business KPIs to track critical metrics and value generation.Collaborate with cross functional team on new solutions and analysis to ensure the chosen tools align with project needs, develop systems to facilitate efficient and traceable process and design reviews.Support the business on simplification & transformation projects, new process set-up & system implementations.Support Weekly Operating Rhythm (WOR) meetings with up-to-date project plans, work with project teams to manage and update timelines, risks, and deliverables.Develop, present, and maintain comprehensive analysis to aid any proof of conceptShould have analytical aptitude and bent of mind to do problem solving.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering/business/finance from an accredited institution.Relevant experience in Aerospace industry.Relevant experience in roles involving -Smartsheet, insights and recommendations.Strong quantitative and analytical skills and able to be self-directed and work independently to meet and exceed goals.Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsGood to have strong hands-on industry experience on Excel, Spotfire, TableauStrong Business Acumen, Analytical capability, and data modellingDemonstrated capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, open for challenges, learning.Fair understanding and bent of mind for Lean and Six Sigma / Process Improvement activities
