Ramen Nagi is a cool and hip Japanese noodle shop that bucks the traditional trend while focusing on delicious authentic tonkotsu ramen.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, managing staff hiring and training, maintaining high standards in food and beverage service, and fostering clear communication within the team and with patrons. Additional responsibilities include handling inventory, upholding health and safety regulations, and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience.QualificationsPrior experience in restaurant or hospitality management: 1 year.Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a top-tier dining experience.Strong Hiring and leadership abilities to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing staff.Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, vendors, and customers.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, ensuring quality service and inventory management.Organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain smooth daily operations.Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
