This role works closely with Project Managers, engineers, field technicians, and customers to keep projects organized, on schedule, and financially aligned.What You’ll DoSupport project documentation, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Track materials, subcontractors, and project milestones Assist with technician coordination and field communication Help manage billing forecasts, percent-complete tracking, and WIP reporting Support closeout documentation and warranty letters Begin learning BAS platforms (WebCTRL, Distech) for basic navigation and reportingWhat We’re Looking For Construction experience required (BAS/controls preferred) Highly organized with strong communication skillsComfortable reading construction documentsProficient in Microsoft Office Motivated to grow into a full Project Manager roleInterested in hearing more?
