This onsite role will manage electrical subcontractors, coordinate installation activities, resolve field issues, maintain schedules, and oversee quality through commissioning and closeout.This is not an electrical engineering or facilities operations role. We are looking for someone who understands how large-scale electrical systems are installed and managed in the field. Data center experience is preferred.This is a full-time salaried position offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, paid training and performance-based bonuses.This position is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area and will work onsite for local data center projects.Approximately 50% travel outside of the Texas area should be ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day electrical construction activities onsiteManage electrical subcontractors, manpower, schedules, sequencing, and deliveriesOversee installation of switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, busway, PDUs, RPPs, STS, and power distributionReview drawings, one-lines, submittals, RFIs, and field changesCoordinate with GCs, contractors, vendors, commissioning teams, and clientsLead electrical QA/QC and resolve installation or trade coordination issuesSupport testing, commissioning, punch list, turnover, and closeoutEnsure compliance with NEC, OSHA, project requirements, and safety standardsRequired Qualifications5+ years of commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center electrical construction experienceExperience managing electrical subcontractors and field installation activitiesStrong understanding of electrical distribution systems and construction sequencingAbility to read electrical drawings and one-line diagramsExperience with QA/QC, inspections, testing, commissioning, or turnoverStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsData center or mission-critical construction experienceExperience with a major electrical contractor or mission-critical construction firmExperience with medium- and low-voltage electrical distributionProcore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar softwareElectrical trade or construction management backgroundTo support a fair, consistent, and high-quality hiring experience, some interviews may be recorded.
