Our solutions are developed specifically to meet the needs of rural utilities and their customers and include integrated broadband, managed services, smart grid, mobile, and video solutions.Job SummaryThe Corporate Marketing Manager at Pivot will play an essential role in communicating our brand’s narrative across key markets to drive lead generation for the sales team. This position involves the development and execution of a comprehensive annual marketing plan that aligns seamlessly with the company’s sales and business development strategies. The Corporate Marketing Manager will lead and coordinate impactful event marketing experiences at major industry events, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset, ensuring that Pivot’s story resonates with our target audience and effectively supports our growth objectives.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate in the creation of the annual Pivot marketing planGenerate impactful content for multiple corporate marketing strategies, encompassing email outreach and other promotional platformsManage and coordinate all activities and processes associated with implementing lead generation and content marketing campaignsMaintain corporate marketing processes and workflowsDeliver concise updates on marketing campaigns to the appropriate Pivot team membersOversees and executes both internal and external communications strategies, including drafting and producing a variety of written materials Manage marketing section of HubSpot CRMManage and coordinate Pivot’s external association/organization activities (e.g. membership, advertising, team participation, sponsorships)Manage Pivot social media corporate marketing activities, including writing contentAnalyze campaign results and present to all key stakeholdersSuccess will be measured by the effectiveness of the campaigns and the ability to support broad demand generation creation including the alignment with strategic goalsPrepare and manage marketing budgets for all corporate marketing initiatives and business unit-specific programsDeliver all marketing activity within approved budgetServe as the main point of contact for managing logistics related to our industry association memberships and partnershipsManage and coordinate activities associated with Pivot’s presence at eventsRegistration, pre- and post-event activities, event briefings, business development coordination for clients and potential clients, booth set up and tear downManage seamless event experiences, including creative booth concepts, tradeshow logistics and related marketing campaignsOther duties as assignedQualificationsKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesDemonstrated proficiency in Excel and data entry applicationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasksProven ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalSuperior written and verbal communication abilitiesMinimum Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field5+ years of experience in Marketing, customer service, sales, training or another related fieldPhysical DemandsWork is typically performed in a remote office setting Occasionally travel may be required up to 10%Disclaimer: The above job description summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
