Our commitment to empowering people and powering projects is realized by our exceptional team of dedicated and highly skilled experts working together and never settling for good enough.What You Will Be Doing- Develop accurate and timely electrical construction estimates on which we base competitive bids and proposals- Analyze and interpret detailed drawings and specifications.- Determine and price value-engineered alternatives to plans and specifications.- Perform budget pricing from schematic drawings and narrative.- Lead the functioning of the Estimating Department; the education and development of junior personnel; on-going development and maintenance of computerized estimating programs and databases; congenial relations with clients and vendors.- Work on change-orders and cost-to-complete estimates of on-going projects.- Help create and communicate company standards for estimating electrical design/build and plans and specs work.- Review estimates created by others for accuracy and completeness- Perform job handoffs from estimating to operations through clearly demonstrating detailed scopes of work, specifications and job specific conditionsWhat You Need for this Position- 2+ years of electrical estimating experience- Strong understanding of estimating software- Strong team mentality- Experience in MS Office Suite, Accubid, LiveCount, McCormick, and ConEst preferred- Project list or bid list preferred not requiredWhat's In It for You- 100 -150k (Depending on project experience)- 401k match- Health- Dental- Vision- Life insuranceBenefits- Vacation/PTO- Medical- Dental- Vision- Bonus- 401k- RelocationSo, if you are a Electrical Estimator - Construction with experience, please apply today!
