Director, Infrastructure
OverviewThis is a hybrid role. 2 days remote (Monday, Friday) and 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday)The Director, IT Infrastructure is accountable for the strategy, reliability, and continuous improvement of the company’s enterprise technology services, including infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, and operational governance.This role leads multiple technical and service delivery teams and serves as the primary owner of core IT operations that enable business continuity and teammate productivity across all locations. The Director balances long-term modernization initiatives with day-to-day operational excellence, ensuring systems are secure, resilient, scalable, and aligned with business growth.The position partners closely with Security, Applications, Finance, and Audit to manage risk, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver a stable and high-quality technology experience for the organization.Who We AreAt CubeSmart, we’re intentional about culture.
