Your Opportunity at the Lead Analyst, FinanceLocation: Orrville, OHWork Arrangements: Hybrid, 35% onsite expectationIn This Role You WillOptimize business performance by providing Supply Chain cost support and financial analysis to internal teamsProvide leadership to the Supply Chain Finance team to ensure continued professional development and technical skillsProvide financial analysis, interpretation and communication of key issues and metrics to leadership along with recommendations for course correctionTrack Operational Metrics / KPIs and manage performance. Maintain a “pulse” on business trends and perform dynamic planning to help both SBA and Supply Chain Services meet business goalsSupport Distribution actuals and forecast needsDevelop / deliver monthly Reporting for leadershipParticipate in business planning; prepare and coordinate Distribution plan and work with Supply Chain and Operations Finance partnersBe a leader in supporting the Warehousing organizationIdentify areas of improvements and standardizationParticipate in projects – when neededMinimum RequirementsWhat we are looking for:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance4+ years of accounting or finance experienceAdditional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:Supply Chain Accounting or Supply Chain FinanceExperience utilizing or updating financial dashboards (ex: Spotfire, tableau)Highly organized and highest standards of accuracy and precisionRight Place for YouWe are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
