Do you like working with other awesome and like-minded people toward a common goal?Here at Your Neighbourhood Credit Union (YNCU), we are all about putting our money where our mouth is and keeping our dollars local and investing back into our members, staff, and community; and we are looking for people like you to join our team.The RoleProvide prompt, courteous member service not only by processing members’ financial transactions, but also by cross-selling (or referring), at every opportunity, our full range of products and services, thus ensuring that our members' expectations are consistently met or exceeded.Process members’ transactional requests (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.)Answer the telephone in the branch to provide member serviceBalance the ATM when requestedPromptly respond to member inquiries/problems in a courteous and efficient mannerUncover members’ needs and assist members to utilize the products or services which best meet those needsProper completion and submission of all tracking sheetsMake a minimum of 10 sales calls per weekMake a minimum of 10 high-level referrals per weekMake at least 1 Credential Financial Strategies referral per monthFollow our Quality Service Standards consistentlyServe as a backup to the Senior MSROther duties as assignedThis position is to replace an existing vacancy within our team.What We Are Looking For Have the flexibility to work a varying schedule, which could change, including evenings and weekendsWillingness to work at any branch of YNCU when requestedMeet YNCU’s Balancing Standards: Same day Balancing Ratio 75% minimum (Goal: 90%), AccumulatedDifference YTD within $100.00 and Time Required to Balance 15 min. averageWhy work at YNCU?YNCU employees get to be a part of the growing credit union movement and help us get the word out on why banking locally is so important.
