Human Resources Operations Intern

If you’re ready to work alongside an incredibly fun and passionate team, this is a great opportunity for you!We are looking for a team member who is:Is a proactive thinkerTakes a proactive approach to managing day to day functional activitiesEnthusiastic to successfully collaborate with team members and contribute solutions to challenges with a positive attitudeDo you have?A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related fieldA year of office experience in a similar roleExcellent written and communication skills with strong attention to detailKnowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred)Experience coordinating schedules or managing calendars (preferred)Interest in Human Resources, recruiting, or employee engagementJob responsibilities will include:Assist with scheduling candidate interviews and coordination with hiring teamsSupport recruiting efforts including candidate tracking and communicationAssist with onboarding preparation for new hires, ensuring all documentation, materials, and resources are ready prior to their start dateHelp coordinate and support the new hire onboarding experience during employees’ first weeks to ensure they feel welcomed, prepared, and connected to the teamHelp organize employee events, team meetings, and firm celebrationsAssist with maintaining and updating HR records, spreadsheets, and internal documentationProvide support on various HR initiatives including employee engagement, internal communications, talent acquisition projects, and other administrative tasks as neededOffice operations including but not limited to: Mail coordination, collection and distribution; Common space upkeep, and supply inventory and replenishment; Maintain and schedule us of office conference rooms and onsite guesthouseAt EDSA, we are creative thinkers, enthusiastic collaborators and passionate about design.
