We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by working along side a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies.Please be aware that this position is for in-home, after-school hours only. Morning shifts are not offered.ResponsibilitiesImplement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilitiesCollect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors through Central ReachCollaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plansMaintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapyRequirementsRBT certificationHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferredExperience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceFlexible scheduleHealth insurance, Vision, Medical & Dental for Full Time employeesPaid Time OffSalary: From $23-28 HourlyEmployment Type: Part-time/In-home(Based on experience/certification)
