We operate executive and fulfillment facilities in the Dallas Design District.Position SummaryThe Social Media Specialist is an in-house role based in our Dallas, Texas office, responsible for supporting and executing the brand’s social media and creator strategy across all platforms. This position manages content planning, gathers and creates photo and video assets, and collaborates closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging. Responsibilities include writing copy, scheduling and publishing posts, engaging with followers and creators, and staying ahead of social media trends to inform content direction. The Associate also supports creator partnerships through strategy, communication, execution, and package fulfillment, while contributing to large-scale seasonal campaigns. Additionally, this role tracks and analyzes social media and creator performance to provide insights and optimize future efforts. Candidates should have approximately 2 years of experience in social media marketing or creator management.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategy, content themes, and a monthly content calendar to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging platformsCreate, source, and manage high-quality photo and video content that aligns with brand standards and campaign objectivesMaintain and evolve brand identity across all social channels, ensuring content reflects our voice, aesthetic, and tagline, Make Every Moment a MilestoneCollaborate closely with the Marketing team to align social content with broader campaigns, product launches, and business goalsPartner with the Director of Marketing to support and execute PR and creator/influencer strategiesManage day-to-day social media operations, including copywriting, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement (responding to comments, DMs, and creator communication)Build, manage, and nurture relationships with influencers, content creators, and external partners to drive authentic brand advocacyCoordinate creator partnerships from outreach through execution, including product gifting, paid collaborations, and campaign deliverablesOversee creator product shipments and package fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate deliveryMaintain and regularly update influencer/creator tracking systems and master spreadsheetsStay up to date on current and upcoming product inventory to ensure timely, relevant, and strategic content and creator seedingSupport and execute large-scale seasonal campaigns and key brand moments across social and creator channelsMonitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging creators to inform strategy and keep the brand culturally relevantAnalyze social media and creator performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future content and campaignsLeverage sales and performance data to inform content decisions and support overall marketing objectivesContinuously test and implement new, data-driven strategies to improve performance and drive growthRequired Skills/AbilitiesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Passion for marketing, data, strong organizational skills, and attention to detailExperience in content creation using Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop and/or video editing platformsAbility to multi-task, work independently and self-manage deadline expectationsProblem solve and take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detailProficiency in MS Office software applications and/or google sheets/docsDemonstrate high level of professional demeanor, integrity, and ethicsEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degreeSocial Media & PR experience requiredGraphic Design experience requiredVideo experience requiredE-commerce experience preferredShopify experience is a plus
