This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of onsite collaboration and remote flexibility.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the candidate offer process, including background verification, pre-employment drug screens, offer approvals, SAP entry, and correspondence.Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process.Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal stakeholders.Oversee travel arrangements and communications for candidates.Maintain and audit the applicant tracking system (ATS) for compliance and accuracy.Generate reports from the ATS and manage confidential files.Ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire onboarding.Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.RequirementsHigh school diploma.Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator.Proficiency in web-based ATS management and reporting.PreferencesProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience with SAP e-recruiting and the recruiting lifecycle process.Experience working with background check vendors.Join Pacific Gas and Electric Company, an AA/EEO employer committed to building a diverse workforce.
