Provider Success Lead

Adroit Advanced Technologies, Inc. The Provider Success Lead at ADROIT is responsible for leading the Provider Success Representatives within their designated region. The starting pay for this position is $20/hr. This position serves as the main point of contact and liaison between Service Providers and the Provider Success Representatives. The Provider Success Lead ensures that all provider-related issues are addressed promptly and efficiently, while also maintaining team performance and reporting metrics. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Success the Provider Success Representatives (PSR) in their region, providing guidance and hands on Success to ensure effective operations Act as the primary point of contact for Service Providers, addressing questions, concerns, and issues Liaise between Service Providers and the ADROIT team to resolve any provider-related issues, ensuring timely and effective communication Host regular meetings with the Provider Success team and Service Providers to discuss performance, address concerns, and provide updates Monitor team KPIs, reporting on team performance and provider issues to the Provider Success Manager Collaborate with the Provider Success Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving team performance, Provider success and satisfaction Assist in training/ retraining employees as needed Other duties as assigned by the Provider Success Team Essential Skills Requirements Proven leadership experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or a related field Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both team members and Service Providers Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite, particularly Excel or Sheets Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and an advocate for ADROIT culture Must be able to work in the Houston Office Softskills Competencies Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Decision Making, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Time -Management and Organizational skills Adaptability The Company believes that each of our employees makes a significant contribution to the success of the organization and our clients.
