This full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care using evidence-based medicine and national practice guidelines.The ideal candidate is passionate about preventative care, chronic disease management, and building long-term relationships with patients while promoting coordinated, cost-effective healthcare delivery.
