We’re hiring Collections Representatives to support a high call volume team handling delinquent accounts while delivering top‑tier member service. 🔹 What You’ll Do Handle mostly outbound collection callsWork 30/60/90+ day delinquent and charged‑off accountsIdentify root causes and recommend solutions (extensions, refinancing, hardship options)Maintain detailed, compliant documentationNavigate difficult financial conversations with professionalism 🔹 What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of collections or member services experience (credit union/bank preferred)Call center experienceStrong communication & problem‑solving skillsSpanish is a plus, not required🕘 Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8‑hour shift between 8AM–6PM📍 Location: 100% on‑site in Albuquerque⏳ Duration: 3-month contract (strong performance may lead to FTE)If you’re resilient, detail‑oriented, and ready to make an impact—this is a great opportunity to jump in quickly and grow.
