This is a working leadership role responsible for helping execute daily operations, reinforcing standards in real time, supporting shift flow, and helping create an exceptional guest experience.The right candidate will be a hands-on floor leader who can guide the team during service, provide real-time coaching, and help maintain a positive and productive work environment.Responsibilities:Support daily operations during opening, peak, and closing shiftsWork alongside team members during busy service periodsHelp ensure products are stored and prepared according to company standardsReinforce food safety, sanitation, and operational standardsAssist in training team members on menu builds and best practicesProvide real-time coaching and feedback to improve consistency and efficiencyMaintain a positive, productive shift environmentSupport guest experience through active floor presence and service awarenessPartner with managers and communicate issues clearly and promptlyEscalate operational or performance concerns when neededQualifications:Hospitality, restaurant, caf, or foodservice leadership experience preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized during busy shiftsTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to guide and support othersProblem-solving ability and sound judgmentAccountability and reliabilityComfort working with a diverse teamBasic Google Workspace and Microsoft knowledgeHonest, professional, and dependable approach to workEagerness to listen, learn, share ideas, and accept feedbackSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours per weekCompensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
