Data Solutions Analyst

Backed by marquee investors including major technology and consumer brands.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role at the intersection of data, operations, and product — working directly with enterprise customers on real-world IoT deployments to monitor data streams and turn complex data into clear business insights.This role is hybrid in Plano, TX! Please keep this in mind when applying.What you'll doPartner closely with customers throughout ongoing deployments and project lifecyclesMonitor real-time data streams and system performance across customer environmentsAnalyze data to identify trends, gaps, and anomalies in quality and performancePerform root cause analysis on data collection issues, tag placement, configuration, and integration gapsBuild dashboards and visualizations to communicate system performance and business impactTranslate findings into clear, actionable insights for customers and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with Field, Product, and Engineering teams to close gaps and drive resolutionGuide customers and field teams on deployment best practicesWhat you bringBachelor's degree in Math, CS, Data Science/Engineering or equivalent analytical field3–5+ years in data analysis, technical customer success, or similar customer-facing rolesExperience with big data architecture, data warehousing, and operational analyticsStrong Python skills; PySpark experience strongly preferredProficiency with visualization tools — Plotly, Tableau, Power BI, or GrafanaSolid understanding of SQL, statistical analysis, and relational database structures (InfluxDB a plus)Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to both technical and business audiencesSelf-sufficient, adaptable, and thrives in fast-moving environmentsIoT data stream experience a plusFeel free to apply or email your application to natalie.urrego@talentinternational.com!
