The ICU unit has a total of 6 beds and maintains patient ratios of mainly 2:1, with some 1:1 and 3:1 situations. The ideal candidate should possess strong critical thinking and communication skills, alongside relevant ICU experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Perform advanced procedures including central line placements, arterial line placements, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and intubation. Utilize advanced equipment such as Arctic Sun and Continuous EEG. Document patient care accurately using the Meditech system. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureActive RN license in the state.
