They provide care and help steer the interdisciplinary hospice team ensuring that our patients' physical, emotional and spiritual needs are met. RNCM's educate patients and families about the disease process, help manage and control symptoms, and offer support and strength during difficult times. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between $90,000 - $105,000 annually with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits.
