Data Engineer

This is a 12 month contract engagement. This role has a preference for southern california applicants, with ability for onsite/ in-person meetings. Open to applicants with remote work preferences. The target hourly rate is $50-60/hr W2.We are looking for the following experinece:Data Engineer/Analyst or Data Operation tasks [not an ETL Developer or a DBA; work centers on working in a database, database development, data operations, and client data onboarding].Must have database experience with Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server.Must be able to read and write in SQL (complex and simple query)Must have T-SQL and / or PL-SQL programming [can leverage AI tools to accelerate development.]Must have experience with data loading and "data loading process" - historical data mappingShould come from highly regulated environment and familiar with following compliance requirements (ie. Hippa)Familiar with reading and interpreting data modeling (not creating data models), but following in-put/out-put and rules/parameters. [map to existing data models]Familiar with how partitions, objects, schemes, and query performance/ tuningGood analytical skills or quality assurance background (Reporting or BI)If you are interested in learning more, please apply!
