This role involves providing exceptional service to customers, handling transactions, and assisting with store operations. ## Duties - Greet customers and assist with inquiries - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Restock merchandise on the sales floor - Communicate effectively with team members and customers - Provide information about products and promotions - Operate cash registers and handle payments ## Skills - Excellent time management skills - Proficient in phone etiquette - Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus - Experience in sales preferred - Knowledge of stock management practices - Strong basic math skills for handling transactions - Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers - Ability to upsell and cross-sell products Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $12.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Shift: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Ability to Commute: Culpeper, VA 22701 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Culpeper, VA 22701: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
