Unarmed Security OfficerIn need of an Unarmed Security Officer for a Mount Laurel, NJ location: Full-time/3rd Shift/Mon-Fri - $17.69/hr - Weekly Pay Part-time/As needed - All shifts - $17.69/hr - Weekly Pay If you have security or dispatcher background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry. As a security officer with Genric, you will be responsible for the safety and security of our client's property and personnel, as well as your co-workers. Qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age Must possess a SORA license Must possess high school diploma or equivalent Hands-on certification in First Aid/CPR/AED preferred but not required Must possess a valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards Possess effective written and oral communication skills to accurately maintain completed logs and reports Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional manner Possess intermediate computer skills Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs, walking up inclines, and on uneven terrain Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat Ability to follow established security protocols, while using initiative and good judgement
