We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks, providing support to staff, and maintaining a well-organized workspace. Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and copying
Manage incoming calls and correspondence
Maintain office supplies and organize inventory
Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous administrative or office experience is a plus
