Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Account Manager at our office in Florissant, MO. The Commercial Account Manager will manage client accounts, build and maintain relationships, and ensure clients’ insurance needs are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing account renewals, addressing client inquiries, preparing insurance proposals, coordinating with insurance carriers, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves identifying opportunities to expand services and support client growth. Qualifications Proven skills in Account Management and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationshipsExceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client needs and concernsKnowledge of Insurance practices and policies, and a strong understanding of industry standards and regulationsProficiency in Sales techniques to identify growth opportunities and drive client engagementStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage multiple accountsProficiency with insurance software and CRM platforms is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in a similar role or in the insurance industry is highly desirable
