Autism Support Specialist (Teens & Adults) Private Pilot | Home & Community‑Based Part‑Time (with long‑term growth opportunity)We are building a small, trusted support team to work one‑on‑one with autistic teens and adults in their homes and community environments.This is a private pilot phase, initially supporting friends and family, with the goal of growing thoughtfully and responsibly. We are seeking experienced, grounded professionals who value relationship, regulation, and real‑world independence.What You'll Do:Provide 1:1 support in home and community settingsSupport regulation, communication, daily routines, and independenceAccompany individuals on community outings (errands, activities, appointments)Collaborate respectfully with families as neededMaintain a calm, dignity‑first presence during anxiety or sensory overloadWork independently with strong professional judgmentRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience working with autistic teens or adultsComfortable working independently in homes and public settingsEmotionally regulated, patient, and reliableStrong communication skillsSeeking long‑term growth, not short‑term hoursPreferred (Not Required):Background in ABA, OT, SLP, Special Education, Psychology, or related fieldsExperience with sensory regulation, executive‑function support, or AACInterest in mentorship, training, or leadership over timeBenefitsCompensation & Growth:$35-$45 per hour starting pay (based on experience)Part‑time during pilot phaseOpportunity to grow into increased hours, lead roles, trainer/manager positionsLong‑term salary pathway for committed team membersReferral bonus and future profit‑share potentialImportant Notes:This is NOT a caregiving roleProfessionalism, discretion, and independent judgment are requiredWe are intentionally hiring slowly and selectively
