Minnesota Licensed Associate Attorney – Family LawWe are looking for a Minnesota-licensed associate attorney to join our family law practice in a fully remote capacity. You will manage your own caseload with the backing of experienced paralegals, dedicated support staff, and efficient systems built for client-centered practice.This role offers autonomy and structure in equal measure — you'll have the tools and team support to handle cases effectively without the overhead of a traditional office environment.Please note that some in-person attendance is required for court appearances, mediations, and select client meetings.A $10,000 hiring bonus is available for qualified candidates.Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of Minnesota family law matters from start to resolutionRepresent clients in court, mediations, and hearingsDraft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and settlement documentsAdvise clients on legal strategy and next stepsCommunicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the courtCollaborate with paralegals and legal staff to move cases forwardTrack deadlines and case tasks using firm systemsQualifications:Licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar2+ years of Minnesota family law experienceStrong organization and time management skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases independentlyComfortable using legal technology, including Clio, MS Office, and other business softwareCollaborative, professional, and client-focusedAbout Company:Atticus Family Law, S.C. is a Minnesota-based family law firm focused on providing thoughtful, strategic representation in divorce, custody, and support matters.
