Job Title: Mechanical AssemblerJob Type: Full-Time / Direct HireSchedule: Monday through ThursdayShift: 3pm to 1:30pmLocation: Keene, NHPay Rate: $24–$30/hourPosition SummaryAdecco is seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Mechanical Assembler to join a high-performance team on second shift. This role is responsible for assembling, testing, and calibrating precision mechanical components used in advanced manufacturing systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble precision mechanical components using engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructionsPerform mechanical and electrical sub-assembly, including component installation, alignment, and wiringOperate precision equipment such as grinders or machining tools to ensure proper fit and function of componentsConduct functional testing and calibration to ensure products meet performance and quality standardsUse precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc.) to verify tolerances and alignmentMaintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, inspections, and test resultsCollaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiativesFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environmentQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing, preferably in precision industries (aerospace, medical devices, or similar)Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterityAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentsProficiency with hand tools, torque tools, and precision measurement equipmentIf you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
