Utility Workers - Redding, CASAGE Dining Services is seeking upbeat on-call utility workers to help out in the dining program at a university in Redding, CA. SAGE Perks Team Member discount program for retailers, wireless plans, movie tickets, etc.What you'll do:Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.What you'll need:Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
