Meeting Event Housing Specialist
A company is looking for a Meeting Event Housing Specialist to manage all aspects of event housing and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between clients, Housing/Customer Service staff, and hotels
Consult with clients to create tailored business rules and best practices for events
Manage hotel contract terms, room assignments, and inventory to optimize performance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Association and/or Corporate housing, customer service, or registration environments
Understanding of hotel contracts, room blocks, and concessions
Ability to lead within a team and demonstrate commitment to client service
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology quickly
