You’ll oversee programs from proposal through production and delivery, ensuring performance across cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.What You’ll DoLead and develop the site Program Management teamManage customer programs across the full lifecyclePartner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure successful executionServe as the primary customer contact for program performance and issue resolutionLead program reviews, customer business reviews, and Voice of Customer initiativesSupport new program pursuits, proposals, and growth opportunitiesDrive program profitability, schedule performance, and delivery commitmentsRequirementsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field5+ years of program management experience in manufacturing, EMS, or regulated environments5+ years of leadership experienceStrong customer engagement and cross-functional leadership skillsExperience managing program financials, quoting, or contractsUS CitizenshipSalary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 base salary + 20% management ICP bonus opportunity. Compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and qualifications.
