If you are a Sales professional that is looking for opportunities to collaborate with a world-class team of technology applications, engineering, marketing, and customer care professionals, please reach to us for a conversation.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeverage in-depth glass processing and machining knowledge to present and sell company’s capital equipment and services to current and potential customersGenerate and follow new leads and referrals resulting from field visits, trade shows, etc.Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationshipsResponsible to manage and support existing distribution networkCollaborate with the marketing department to establish activities within territory such as dealer open houses, customer open houses, tech tours, and product promotionsActive utilization of CRM/Sales Intelligence to improve Area Sales Growth andefficiency in alignment with corporate commercial strategyParticipation in both regional and national trade shows and training seminarsExtensive travel within territory (75%)Other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 3- 5 years of experience in the glass processing and manufacturing industry, preferably with CNC machinesParallel industry experience, such as tooling, technology applications, and software optimization for manufacturing will also be consideredKnowledge and understanding of glass processing and applicationsExperience using Customer Relationship Management tools, preferably SalesForceAbility to build trust and develop relationships with people from small business owners to leadership of large companiesAbility to troubleshoot and solve problems with customers, management, and colleaguesAbility to travel both domestic and international (75%)Benefits:Car Allowance401K with Company MatchMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceDisability InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time Off + Paid HolidaysFlexible ScheduleSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekends as needed
