Job Title: SeniorProject ManagerJob Type: Full-Time / Direct HireLocation: Portsmouth / ConcordSalary: $130k-170kPosition SummaryAdecco is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex manufacturing and system integration projects in either Portsmouth or Concord, NH. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical and electro-mechanical system builds, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for electrical and electro-mechanical system builds Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Applications, Production, and Quality Oversee assembly, integration, testing, and troubleshooting phases to ensure successful project delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership Support production scheduling and ensure alignment with project milestones Assist in resolving technical challenges and escalations QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, automation, or electrical systems Strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical systems Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications Familiarity with CNC controls and industrial equipment is a plus Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or similar) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesIf you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.Pay Details: $55.00 to $62.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
