ML Ops EngineerThis position does not offer visa sponsorship now or in the futureCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipSalary Range: $97k to $124k Location: San Francisco, CAEmployment Type: Full-timeOverviewWe are seeking an ML Ops Engineer to support the platforms, tools, and processes that transform machine learning models from concept to production, enabling real-time predictions. You will collaborate with Data Science, Product Management, Product Engineering, and Data Platform teams to design, build, and maintain automated solutions for model productionalization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure and pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.Optimize deployment orchestration and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of ML systems.Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to streamline the end-to-end ML lifecycle.Develop and maintain tools for experimentation, model versioning, and artifact management.Implement monitoring systems to detect model drift and maintain optimal production performance.Automate workflows to improve efficiency and reliability of ML processes.Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues as needed.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years’ experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or MLOps.Intermediate Python skills; experience with ML libraries/frameworks.Hands-on experience with AWS services.Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices.Experience with MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.).Proven experience deploying real-time ML models in production.Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements.Preferred QualificationsAdditional relevant education and/or work experience.Experience in hybrid (on-prem/cloud) environments.Familiarity with Hadoop, Hive, or Cloudera ecosystems.Distributed computing experience (Spark).Experience with Scala and/or Java.
