Key ResponsibilitiesLead full project lifecycle: preconstruction, design-assist coordination, construction, commissioning, and closeoutManage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial performanceDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and work plansOversee field execution in partnership with superintendents, engineers, and trade partnersEnsure compliance with healthcare, institutional, and commercial project requirementsServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and GC partnersBuild strong, trust-based relationships with clients and project stakeholdersProvide proactive communication on progress, risks, and solutionsLead design-build and design-assist efforts, ensuring alignment between engineering and construction teamsReview drawings, specifications, submittals, and technical documentationCoordinate mechanical systems including HVAC, piping, plumbing, and specialized systems for healthcare and laboratory environmentsUphold strict quality standards and ensure installations meet project specificationsSupport QA/QC processes, inspections, and commissioning activitiesPromote a strong safety culture across all project phasesQualifications10+ years of experience managing mechanical/HVAC construction projectsProven success delivering complex projects in healthcare, institutional, laboratory, or commercial sectorsStrong background in design-build or design-assist project deliveryAbility to manage multiple large projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skillsProficiency with project management tools (MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore preferred)Engineering or construction-related degree preferredCandidates who fill out the skills and questions move to the front of the line.
