Licensed Mental Health Therapist/Counselor

Job Description We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist or Licensed Counselor to join our team! This is an opportunity to work as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, providing services to a broad spectrum of clients.Duties & Responsibilities:Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issuesProvide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling and support services for a mixed caseload including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing mental health issues, communication challenges, or family conflict.Evaluate clients' mental condition based on review of client information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issuesProvide prevention-oriented therapyImplement and review treatment plansCollaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agenciesEnsure all documentation and billing is completed in a timely mannerQualifications:Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology. Independent licensure as a LMFT, LICSW, LCSW-C, LPCC, LCPAT and the ability to supervise.Must be able to bill Medicare as a rendering providerPrefer previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fieldsFamiliarity with community mental health resourcesExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to easily build rapport with clientsStrong leadership qualitiesJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeWork Location: In person
