Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all essential duties in a safe manner consistent with Rite Aid policies and state and federal laws. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid’s brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes. Job Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: % TIME Support Rite Aid’s efforts in the pandemic by administering the COVID-19 vaccines and monitor patient for potential adverse reaction to the COVID19 vaccine 55% Travel to stores and to clinics within the division to administer the COVID19 vaccine. 20% Review, collect and file patient information, replenish vaccine supplies, organize vaccination paperwork and reference materials, and any other duties required during vaccination administration 20% Assist in organizing and facilitating workflow of COVID19 vaccine clinics qualifications Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required. Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) Pharmacy preferred.
